RM Stone Design works from 4 Cedar Ave, Thornhill, and builds in five municipalities: Thornhill, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan and North York. The construction method stays the same at every boundary. The soil, the lot shapes and the office that issues approvals do not. Why the list is short
Hardscape work depends on getting machines and material to site, then coming back the next morning when a job runs long. Five municipalities is the range where that stays practical. It is the whole service area, not a starting point.
Each of the five also runs its own permits, tree rules and boulevard approvals, and conservation authority mapping overlays all of them. Keeping current on five sets of rules is realistic. Keeping current on twenty is not.
Thornhill addresses belong to either Markham or Vaughan, depending on the side of Yonge Street. Request a consultation and we will confirm where your property falls.
